On March 16 Microsoft released a test platform to test-drive Internet Explorer 9. Nice for web developers to test websites before the new version is released. There is just one little annoyance. No addressbar is included.
Addressbar mini-tool adds a bit of that addressbar to IE9. When you launch this tool, you only get to see a bar 20pixels below the top of your screen with a favorite button and an addressbar, empty. Insert a url in that addressbar or select a favorite (if working). If you press go or enter, a IE9 test-drive program will open with your requested website. Fill in a other address to open another IE9. Use the taskbar in Windows 7 for tabblet browsing and closing windows. (or just the normal window buttons).
It is fully compatible with Windows 7 32 and 64 bit both.
In case you don’t have IE9 yet, download it here
If you are interested in tweaking internet explorer previous version like IE6, 7 and 8 than download our Power tool for Internet Explorer IE Tweaker.
I haven’t tested it on my system, so can’t say how it works.

this tool works as a different window, stays outside ie9. stays on top of all the windows even after ie9 closed.
