In this article, we will show how to change the default desktop icon picture to the customize picture. The procedure is very simple and you can get change shortcut icons of your Windows in no time.
Steps:
- Select the desktop icon, whose picture you want to change.
- Right click on the selected icon.
- Go to the icon properties.
- Then click on change icon button located at the bottom of opened window.
- Then press browse button.
- Then go to the path where you have the “Icon Pictures” saved [Note: You can go to the location C:\windows\system32\; this folder contains few “Icon pictures”]
- Select your desired icon.
- Press OK.
The picture of your selected desktop icon will be changed to your selected picture.
