When you are doing any kind of reading work on your computer, you do not use mouse for a while. Due to inactivity of mouse, the computer monitor turns off due to default power saving settings. In this article we will show you the steps to avoid this problem so that you can read anything on your computer screen without worrying about moving a mouse after every few minutes. Following are the steps:

- Click on the Start button of the task bar
- Then Click on the control panel to open the control panel window
- Now double click on “Power Options”
- “Power Options” window will be displayed, now Click on “Power Schemes” tab if it is not selected
- Click on a dropdown menu in front of “Turn off monitor” and scroll down to select the “Never” option
- Press OK
- Now right click on your desktop
- Go to “Personalization”
- Set the Screen Sever option to “None”
- Press OK
