There are some users who do not want to show the taskbar thumbnail preview, while there are some who wants to show it. In this article we will show you how to enable and disable the taskbar thumbnail preview in few easy steps:

1. Click on the Windows Orb(Start) button.
2. Write the following command in the search bar “gpedit.msc”.
3. Click on the “gpedit.msc” to open it.
4. Click on the “User Configuration”.
5. Click on the “Administrative Template”.
6. Now click on the “Start Menu and Taskbar”.
7. In the left side, fine “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnail”.
8. Double click on it, a “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnail” dialogue will be opened.
9. Click on the “Disable” radio button.
10. Click “Apply” and press OK.
11. To enable the thumbnail preview, repeat the step 9 and click on “Enable” radio button.
