Whenever it comes to printing of several documents, one has to go through very chaotic process. Actually the files are in two formats: jpg and txt. Jpg format is for pictures or photos, and txt is for notepad document. There are about thousands of folders containing files in these two formats. Each folder is with unique ID and one has to print all the files in these folders in the same order.

Below process will help you print multiple files from a list:

  • Firstly, search the folder with its unique ID through windows explorer. To print the files from the searched folder, select them simultaneously by hitting Ctrl+A. After this, send the command of batch printing by right clicking the shell menu. For .txt files this process can’t be followed and each file should be opened in order to get it printed.

Since above process is quite hectic so there must be some easy and convenient way of getting multiple files printed.

  • One solution is to automate this process by providing the name of main folder and list of serials to the main module.
