Firefox is an admirable browser and provides many convenient features to its users. One of its convenient features is the Autocomplete. It allows the users to automatically log on to the websites and let the users automatically fill the membership or other forms. However, where it provides convenience, it is also a risky feature that exposes the computer towards Trojan attacks. The hackers can access your personal or confidential data through autocomplete.
There is a process with which we can clear our personal data which autocomplete saves for different sites. It is also better to disable this feature to save your confidential data. Follow the given procedure to disable the autocomplete and to clear the data saved by it.
- Launch the Firefox
- Select Tools from the menu bar and then select Options
- Now hit the Privacy tab
- Select Saved Forms
- Now select Settings
- In the window of “Clear Private Data’ check all the options
- Press ok
- Now click on the “Clear Saved Form Data Now’ button
- Finally uncheck the option of “Save Information I Enter In Forms and the Search Bar”
- Press OK
From now onwards Firefox will never remember your information and hackers will not be able to access your personal information anymore.

There is no “Saved Forms” in the most recent version of Firefox.
