Microsoft office web apps are web based applications of Microsoft office. However, these web apps are still in the beta stage. If you want to sign-up for it, you may not feel good to hear that all the spots for technical preview have been filled up. However, there is a trick with which you can get in to the technical preview of Microsoft web apps. To do this, follow the given steps.
- Sign into your account of Windows Live.
- Open skyDrive.live.com. After you logged in, click on Documents.
- Press the button of Add Files.
- Drag some Excel files and drop them in to the upload window. Click on the button of Upload.
- Now click the option of Join Our Preview Program.
- After reading the terms of the service, click the button of Accept.
- This will get you in to technical preview. Now click New to create a new document.
- Till this time, you can only be able to create new document only in Excel and Power Point.
