Time zones are really important in international business and dealings, as they help you to better schedule the meetings and other commitments across the globe. Outlook is an efficient information management tool. It allows the users to add the additional time zone to its calendar. Here is how you can add time zones to the calendar in outlook.
- Launch Microsoft outlook. From the menu bar, click on Tools and then click Options.
- In the Options window, select the Preferences tab and click on Calendar Options.
- Click the button of Time Zone given at the bottom of the Calendar Options window.
- Now in the window of the Time Zone Options, mark the option of Show An Additional Time Zone. After this, give a label in the label field. Then click theĀ drop down menu of Time Zone and choose the requiered time zone. Click OK.
- Keep on Clicking OK unless the process is finished. This will add time zone to the calendar.
