Microsoft has recently issued an update KB2412171 to fix the flaws in outlook version 2007. But the update itself is causing many other serious problems for the users. Follow the given process for Windows 7 or Windows Vista to uninstall the update immediately before it cause havoc on your computer.
- Go to Start and open Control Panel.
- Select the option of Programs. Click on Programs and Features given under the menu of programs. Press the button of View Installed Updates.
- Find the update KB2412171. Select it and tap the button of Uninstall. This will remove the update from Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
To remove the update from Windows XP, follow the given steps:
- Press Start Menu button and select Control Panel to open it
- Select the option of Add Or Remove Programs. Make sure to check the box of Show Updates.
- Locate the update KB2412171 and press the button of Remove.
