Comodo time machine is a free product that efficiently captures system snapshots and protects the system from any unneeded changes. It occupies low disk space and memory.
- Download the Comodo Time Machine from internet.
- Proceed with the installation process.
- At the appearance of protected partition selection window, specify the drive whose screen shots you want to create.
- Reboot the computer after the installation is complete.
The Comodo Time Machine will be running in the background and can be accessed from the start menu or system tray.
Features of Comodo Time Machine:
- There are two view available i.e. quick operation and advanced menu.
- To create a snapshot, select the tab of Take a Snapshot. There is an option of Lock which can be checked to prevent unintentional deletion of snap shot.
- Using View Snapshot, you can browse through the created snapshots.
- Time machine also allows specifying certain files for recovery while excluding the rest.
- If you need frequent backups, then time machine also allows you to schedule the backups.
