Microsoft Outlook provides a great deal of convenience by allowing the users to quickly read all the emails simultaneously in the same window. The default settings of outlook with Reading Pane below the contents of inbox can be annoying for the people having notebooks with less than 22 inches screen size. Freeing up space in outlook is easy and just need to follow few steps.
- Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010.
- Go to View > Reading Pane. Choose the option of Right from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Reading button given on the bottom right of the Outlook window. You can identify the button by its book like icon.
- This option will shift the Reading Pane to the right of the window. It will make the screen spacious enough and makes the email too easy to read.
- After you are done with reading emails,, you can shift back to the previous layout by tapping the Normal mode button which is located right before the Reading button.
