- Open libraries.
- Go to new and click library to create a new library.
- Name the new library and hit the enter key.
- Search for icon you wish to set for your library. Google the icon or create a one by yourself.
- Navigate the following path to find the library-ms configuration files.
- C:\Users\Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries.Replace the username with your username.
- Open Notepad.
- Drag the .library-ms file to the Notepad.
- Paste the line <iconReference></iconReference> between <isLibraryPinned>true</isLibraryPinned> and <templateInfo>.
- Add the location of .ico between ><’s
- Save the file and close the notepad.
