Microsoft office is being debuted with lot of new features. Developer tab is one of its features that contain advanced actions. It allows the users to write macros or run previously created macros. It is really simple to enable developers tab. The given procedure is similar for Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Steps:
- Launch any Microsoft office application such as word, outlook or excel.
- Go to File and click on Options.
- In the window of Options, click on customize ribbon.
- In the right panel of window, check the option of Developer in the section of Main Tabs.
- Press OK.
This will enable the developer tab on the office 2010 ribbon. If any time you need to disable it, follow the above steps. Just uncheck the option of developer.
