In Outlook, not every contact to which you have ever mailed is in your contact list. If you need to contact those people again, you have to hunt down the email addresses, which obviously is a very annoying and time consuming task. Outlook 2010 has got a way to overcome this problem. Follow the given steps to find and save unsaved contacts in outlook 2010.
Steps:
- Launch Outlook 2010.
- Click the option of Contacts given on the bottom left of the outlook window.
- It will display the list of My Contacts. Click on the option of Suggested Contacts.
- It will display the list of all contacts that you have ever emailed but never saved. You can find this list in the central panel of outlook.
- Drag the contact card of contacts you want to save to the contact list which is given under My Contacts.
