Import All Contacts from Other Email Accounts to Outlook 2010

Nowadays, computer users have multiple email accounts. Managing contacts across multiple email accounts is confusing. The best option is to import contacts from various email accounts to Outlook. It makes it easy to manage the contacts. Follow the given process to import contacts from Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo to Outlook.

  • Open Outlook 2010.
  • Click the File ribbon and tap the Open tab.
  • Select the option of Import.
  • It will open the import and export wizard. Select the option of “Import from another Program or File”.
  • Hit the Next button.
  • In the window of import a file, click on Comma Separated Values and tap the Next button.
  • Browse the location where .csv file is saved.
  • Select the Contacts folder for storing the file.
  • Tap the Finish button to finish the process.
