Sometimes you want to customize or change in auto play options when you added any media device into your system, or sometimes it happens when you try to charge your iPhone by connecting it with your system and pop-up for auto play disappear. You can customize your auto play in windows 7 by following these guidelines
Steps:
- Open “Start Menu Orb”. Write “auto play” in text search field and hit “Enter”. From control panel list click on “Auto play” option and hit “Enter”.
- It will move you to auto play control panel. Here you will see list of media types and devices. Now you can make any change which you want or leave with default values. You can also see what occurs when a new media device is added into system. You can also select any program of your desire to adjust auto play setting.
- If you set auto play for audio CD, you can adjust setting by single click on “Open folder to view files using windows explorer”, option located below audio CD. It will show a dropdown list. Now you can select any program with which you want to play it or leave it on default by taking no action.
- In case of your iPhone, leave all settings on default if you don’t know what to do. Click on “Reset all defaults” and then on “Save” button. That’s it!
