How to Map your Network Drive through Office 2010 Windows Live Skydrive?

Windows Live Skydrive is a File hosting service of Windows Live that allows users to upload files to Cloud storage of 25 GB. Microsoft facilitates users to use this service by using OFFICE 2010. Through this you can Map your Network Drive and save files directly to cloud storage. Here is the process to Map your Network with SkyDrive:

Steps:

  • Go to Start Menu and Open Microsoft Word 2010.
  • In Word, Go to ‘File’ tab. Click on ‘Share’ -> ‘Save to SkyDrive’ and select ‘Sign in’.
  • Enter your Windows Live ID and Password. Click ‘OK’.
  • Select or made new folder and click ‘Save As’.
  • Open this save box and copy the URL from address bar.
  • Go to Start Menu, Right click on My Computer and choose ‘Map Network Drive’.
  • Paste the URL link in Folder option. Go to ‘Finish.’
  • Enter ID and Pass again in prompt box and select OK.

Process Completed. SkyDrive will appear in your PC.
