Bluetooth is an open wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances. Various portable devices like Mobile phones, Laptops etc. have built-in Bluetooth device. Windows 7 have the plug-in feature to pair Bluetooth devices. Ensure that your system have two things, 1: Bluetooth Functionality & 2: Compatible USB Bluetooth dongle. Here is the procedure to pair Bluetooth device in Windows 7:
Steps:
- Go to Start Menu. Type ‘devicepairingwizard’ in search field and press Enter.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth ON and makes it ‘Visible to other devices’.
- ‘Add a device’ window appears. Choose your device and click Next.
- The system will begin driver installation wizard. A new Bluetooth connection will be
created.
Bluetooth Troubleshoot Issues:
- Go to Start Menu. Select Devices and Printers.
- Select the device you need to troubleshoot. Right click on it. Select Troubleshoot.
- It will trace the trouble. Click on ‘Apply this Fix’.
The Wizard will trace the problem fix it.
