How to Show today’s tasks in Menu Bar of Outlook 2007

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft and is a part of the Microsoft Office suite. It is mainly used as an e-mail application. It also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note taking, a journal and web browsing. It can display your today’s assigned task in its menu bar.

Here is the process to Show your Today’s tasks in Outlook Bar Menu:

Steps:

  • Go to Start Menu & Open Outlook 2007.
  • Mouse over the ‘Arrange By’ menu, right click on it and select ‘Custom’.
  • Customize window appears. Go to Filter Button and select ‘Advanced’ tab.
  • Now, go to Field->Date/Time fields ->Due Date.
  • Got to ‘Condition’ list and select ‘on or before’.
  • Type in ‘Today’ in ‘Value’ text-field and press ‘Add to list’ button.
  • Select ‘Today’ in Condition list in-case of no display.
  • Set-up Completed.

Go to your To Do bar and check. It’ll surely display your Today’s Tasks.
