To put Microsoft on top in market, it has introduced another feature in Microsoft Office application. It presents Windows Desktop Search 3.00 (WDS 3.00) that is used to make a search of your PC. You can now search and preview of emails, photos, songs, documents and all other things that are present in to your computer. Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 and Microsoft outlook 2007 use this Microsoft service.
If you want to modify application, then simply make a right click on Windows Desktop Search that is located on your toolbar. From list menu, click on window Desktop Search Options. From here you can “modify” or check for “Advanced” configuration.

- WDS 3.00 has Searchable indexes of disk drives, Outlook mailbox, network shares and .pst files.
- You will get all search results back when you make search. By making right click on email, you can open “Conversation”. You will get all your emails back.
