- Open start menu and type below line in search box and then hit “Enter” from keyboard. Easy way is copy the line and paste inside search field. %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
- Windows explore will open and this is the location where all your Windows 7 themes are stored.
- Select all themes by pressing “Ctrl+A” or select the ones that you want to backup.
- Right click on any selected file and click on “Copy” from context menu.
- Paste all themes in shared folder located inside the network or on external hard drive and that’s all. You have successfully backup your favorite themes.
