If you have a shared computer and you want to work on separate desktop where you could freely do anything that you need to create your user account. Once you have created your account, you probably need to create password so no one except you could access your account or you want to apply other changes for your account setting.
How to create password
- Go to control panel and then move to manage accounts pane.
- You will see all user accounts list here. Click on your account to make changes. It will give you multiple options that you can do with your account.
- To give password to your account, click on “Create a password” option.
- Type password in both text fields and then click on “Create password” button. Your password should be strong but also simple so you can remember it easily. You can write password hint. It will help you if you forgot your password.
- Click on “Manage another account to move back to manage account window.
How to change account picture
Click on option “Change the picture” and then select any picture. If you want to add picture that is not listed here then you can browse it from your saved pictures. To do so, click on “Browse for more pictures”. Choose picture and then select “Change Picture” button. It will be changed successfully!
