One of the things that they can change in the user accounts can be the display picture that is displayed on log in screen. To change the picture the user just needs to learn a few tricks that will help them in changing their picture as they desire. The picture changed is permanent and can be changed again. The following steps will help guide you in getting around with the user display pictures,</p>
<ul>
<li>Go to start menu and click on the search field and enter “User Accounts”</li>
<li>From the list of search results and choose the link that says “manage another account”</li>
<li>This will take the user to a new dialog screen that will pop up in control panel</li>
<li>Double click on the user account that you wish to change the display picture for</li>
<li>In the account editing interface, click on Change the picture</li>
<li>This will bring up a new dialog screen with the pictures that come along with Windows 7, the default ones.</li>
<li>Choose your picture from them or browse and choose your own and once done, click ok and exit.</li>

Data Backup always helps you in case of system crash or any other possible issue. These are the guidelines which you will follow for enabling and disabling backup of user and system data files.</p>
<ul>
<li>If you want to enable data backup, you will click on ‘Enable_Backup_Data_Files.zip’ link to download it, extract .reg file from it, run it and it will be enabled. When you want to disable it, download ‘Disable_Backup_Data_Files.zip’ and save it. Extract .reg file from it, run it and it will be disabled.</li>
<li>Other way is to open all users, go to specific users or groups, and click on local group policy editor. At left side, click on expand for user configuration; go to administrative templates, windows components, backup and client.</li>
<li>At right side, right click on ‘Turn off the ability to back up data files’, click on edit.</li>
<li>For enabling, select ‘not configured’ or ‘disabled’ box with a dot, If you want to disable it, check enable box, click on ok to complete the process.

<li>Turn      off the files indexing if you do not use it.</li>
<li>Use      registry cleaner to clear the registry from any kind of mess created by      adding or removing the applications.</li>
<li>Delete      the performance counters if they are not used.</li>
<li>Do      not use desktop wallpapers or backgrounds.</li>
<li>Defragment      the hard drives on regular basis.</li>
<li>Windows      have several options of visual effects most of which are not needed      really. You can safely disable them to increase the speed.</li>
<li>Use      ReadyBoost to supplement the system memory.</li>
<li>Simplify      the options of windows explorer browsing.</li>
<li>Regularly scan your computer.      Use anti-virus software to protect the PC against spyware and malware.</li>

<ul>
<li>Open Microsoft outlook.</li>
<li>Select the folder “Deleted Items”.</li>
<li>Go to Tools &gt; Recover Deleted Items.</li>
<li>Select the email you need to recover.</li>
<li>Tap the button of Recover Selected Items.</li>
<li>After the recovery process is completed, you will notice the deleted items appeared in the deleted items folder.</li>
</ul>
<p>To recover the deleted email from All Folders, follow the given steps:</p>
<ul>
<li>Exit Outlook.</li>
<li>Go to start menu and type Regedt32 in the search box. Hit the Enter key.</li>
<li>This will open the registry editor. Navigate the following path in the registry editor</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options</strong><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Click options. Go to Edit &gt; New &gt; DWORD Value</li>
<li>Name the DWORD value as DumpsterAlwaysOn.</li>
<li>Double-click the newly created folder to modify it.</li>
<li>Type 1 in the field of value data.</li>
<li>It’s done.</li>
</ul>
<p>Now if ever you have permanently deleted the email, just open the outlook and go to Inbox &gt; Tools &gt; Recover Deleted Items.</p>
